Performing Arts Module is one of its kind program focusing on the holistic development of children and young adults with special needs. It is an amalgamation of occupational therapy, speech therapy and behaviour management.
This is a need-based program striving to inculcate self-confidence and socialization skills in children along with improvement in fine and gross motor skills. Each session is a combination of physical activities, brain gym, stage presence, dialogue delivery and improvisation. Students are made to perform role-plays focused on daily activities of life, such as buying fruits and vegetables, talking to a neighbour, or travelling in a metro. Thus, making them more independent and confident to face the real world.
Since expressive communication is a major hurdle for special needs individuals, the program focuses a lot on this aspect. Students are taught varied emotions and the correct way of expressing them. Our trainers use natural ways of doing various OT and speech activities.
We have a team of experienced trainers, with a 3:1 student trainer ratio.
